In my studio, I create garments that are more than fashion. They are expression, attitude and
Invitation – to you to show yourself.
No disguise. No standards. No pressure.
I believe in the primal power of female beauty – in all its forms, ages and facets.
Clothing that doesn't dominate, but accompanies. It feels like a second skin – soft, honest, strong.
For my collections I use
existing materials, with appreciation for what is already there
Each piece is handmade, locally, with an eye for detail
and with a deep conviction: sustainability is not just a principle – it is a promise for the future.
For me, it's not about trends, but about resonance. About clothing that doesn't judge, but liberates.
I hope that you will recognize yourself in my designs – or perhaps even find a little more of yourself.
Whether softly flowing or clearly contoured: My designs aren't meant to shape you. They're meant to celebrate you.
Because beauty isn't something we have to achieve. It's something that resides within us. And my work? Is an invitation to make it visible again.

I am Jana Pfarr – fashion designer, idea collector, fabric rescuer and founder of BEAUTY OAK .
My journey began early – at the age of ten, with a toy sewing machine and the irrepressible desire to create my own clothes.
Today – many years, detours and experiences later – I live exactly this passion: In the heart of my studio in Berlin-Friedrichshagen, I transform discarded bed covers, curtains and blankets into new favorite pieces that tell stories – of mindfulness, change and feminine power.
I believe in a different understanding of fashion: not normative, but nourishing.
My unique pieces and small series are created from what already exists – with the aim of preserving valuable resources, avoiding waste and emphasizing the individuality of each wearer.
What I create is not mass-produced.
It is a worn attitude , inspired by the material itself – adapted to cut, silhouette and soul.
For me, BEAUTY OAK is more than a fashion label. It's my response to fast fashion, body norms, and the pressure to always be different.
I design clothes that work with you, not against you . For women who refuse to be forced into a mold. For individuals who feel that beauty has nothing to do with perfection, but with authenticity.
In addition to my design work, I offer workshops for textile upcycling and accept individual orders – with room for personal wishes and sustainable solutions.
For me, upcycling isn't a trend. It's an attitude: toward life, toward consumption—and toward ourselves.
